ANNETTE (40 -50 - female) – Leading role of the film. Annette is a grief stricken widow who has not yet come to terms with her husband’s death. A once fiery and confident woman, she is now withdrawn and disillusioned with life. She has a significant journey over the course of the film.

MARTIN (40-50 - male) – Supporting Role. He is the perfect husband but his hard working job led him to have an unexpected heart attack, not giving him or Annette a chance to say their goodbyes. He is charming, funny and most importantly adores Annette. It is Martin’s job to help Annette move on.

SUSAN (40-50 - female) Annette’s friend who is deeply worried about her. She is sensible, practical and Annette’s only type of support.
