I am looking for a Caucasian male actor (35-45) and a black female actor (30-40) to star in my student short film ‘Grizedale’ as the doting parents of a young girl who is struggling when it comes to interaction with other people. Please note that this in an unpaid role but what you get from being involved will be excellent content for your showreel but also becoming a part of the Trident Visuals family.

STORY:
Joel, a caring father, is keeping a watchful eye over his daughter Macy playing on her own on the grass. But the local gangster of the estate Reece, turns up intent on causing trouble for Joel because of a previous drug deal that he had ruined. Reece begins to intimidate Macy and upon witnessing this Joel rushes from his top floor flat to get his daughter to safety. When they are face to face, tensions reaches a climax and an altercation occurs leaving either Joel or Reece in danger.

- All actors will be fed with a homecooked traditional Caribbean meal
- Snacks and refreshments are also provided
- Will be shot in South East London, UK
- Travel expenses will be paid within London Zones 1-7
- Actors will receive a copy of the film for show-reel purposes
- A Raindance Film School student production that will be screened at the university, in front of many industry professionals, with the intent to be sent to film festivals across the UK
