Logline
George, a professional thief in his mid-forties begins to develop feelings for Matt, his much younger partner. After being told to look after Matt on his first job, George’s growing fondness forces him to decide whether or not to admit his feelings of love, and potentially put the job and Matt at risk.
**GEORGE (40s-60s): An experienced thief, dedicated exclusively to his work and his younger sister of whom he frequently confides in. George is a cold professional, whose world is turned upside down when he develops feelings for Matt. Conflicted and trepidatious, he wishes to admit his feelings of love but is all to aware that this may complicate his relationship with Matt and the job that they are on.
**MATT ( 20-30): Young and naive, Matt is a romantic enthusiast and is still infatuated by the ‘glamourous’ world of crime. Matt wants to succeed at his first job, impress George and provide for his wife. His disarming optimism breaks down George’s walls allowing the partners to talk openly to each other.
**MADGE ( 30-60) George’s sister and confidant. A smaller part but has a key scene in the film.
Auditions can be arranged for early/ mid February. Accepting tapes as well. Script available on request.
