Groundlings Theatre is holding a Umbrella Festival on the 8th of August and will be held from 11 am - 3.30 pm and for the umbrella festival free event and we will have performances inside & out and stalls outside.
The Umbrella Festival is to celebrate Jonas Hanway who was born on the site of groundings in 1712 and made the Umbrella Popular this is free for all stall holders, performers and people to enter. to celebrate Jonas Hanway we want to get all kinds of art forms (arts, crafts, stalls, performers, acts) and bring them together.
it will be a great day out for all the family
