We are looking for actors/actresses of any age/ethnicity both Male and Female to join in our upcoming web series 'Portal' set to begin filming Summer 2014 in Manchester.
This is a general call to the NW industry, we are holding general meetings and castings with actors that meet the following submission criteria
1) Must Be Based in Northwest – 30 mile radius of Manchester
2) Must have representation either Acting agent / model agent / extra agency
3) Must have a CV – Spotlight/ Casting call pro CV preferred
4 ) Must have a Showreel on DVD or USB stick (We need to see how you act for camera, if you don’t have a pro showreel, shoot a couple of good scenes on your mobile phone (HD) and send in on a USB stick.
5) And a covering letter explaining a little bit about you, and what skills you have other than acting/ performance.
If you meet the 5 criteria, and you are selected, we will invite you to meet with us about the project.
If you do not meet all the criteria, please don’t submit for consideration, as you will not be selected.
Commercial terms will be discussed on successful application at stage 2.
This new web series will be a 5 part sci-fi thriller based and filmed in the Manchester area. Devised by Future Artists LTD, who have recently released their debut feature film 'The Lost Generation'
