the project is an experimental piece, in terms on acting and developing of the dramaturgy based on the interactions with film projection, some will be images some will be scenes. We will take some scripts from films which will be try on at rehearsal space.
The piece attempts to be approached by a female perspective on sex and power play rolls (sex as a weapon) which involves series of subtexts like pleasure, ownership, desire, love.

‘Romance’ and ‘A MA Soeur’ and ‘The Last Mistress’ by Catherine Breillat;
‘Nymphomaniac’ by Lars Von Trier
‘The Wayward Cloud’ by Tsai Ming Liang
‘The Ages of Lulu’ by Bigas Luna
‘Last Tango in Paris’ by Bernardo Bertolucci
‘Between Marx and a Naked Woman’ by Camilo Luzuriaga
‘Belle du Jour’ by Luis Bunuel
‘Barbarella’ by Roger Vadim
Through the deconstruction of the above films and others that feature a heavy theme of ‘sexual relationships’ we will form a script that uses direct references to the films, extracts from plays, symbolic language and personal experiences.
The narrative structure follows a journey on a train that sees the entrances and exits of many characters. They in turn bring new story lines that overlap and bring about new themes to the shared space. An audible narrator is present to guide the audience through the unveiling of ‘saucy’ and contrasting ‘banal’ scenes and dialogues. **Many details (visuals or characters) may seem unconnected but will form the overall story as told by the narrator. The railway journey is also metaphoric to the narrator’s personal journey through the world exploring the above themes. Piecing together the unfolding events to reveal that the narrator is in fact on the train.
