An overworked, under pressure GP discovers that he has made a misdiagnosis, that leads to tragic consequences.

Learning of his error, he must manage his feelings of guilt and responsibility.

Looking for a male actor, between the ages of 35-45.

Must be able to drive, and have a full clean driving licence.

Estimated to be a 5 day shoot. All to be shot in the East Sussex area (mainly Brighton & Hove).

Showreels are a must. Can send the script to interested actors.

Lead Part

Will is written as a middle class GP, between the age of 35-45. Accent is well spoken.

He has been a GP for around 8-10 years. Though he is a good doctor, deep down, the rigmarole of the job is grinding him down. He is exhausted.

The news he is given, about his misdiagnosis, completely blindsides him and knocks him back.

He lives alone in his flat, and is estranged from his immediate family. He has nobody to turn to in his moment of need.

Looking for an actor who can display an air of stoicism and integrity, as well as an intensity. However, the role will require a good level of emotion to be displayed (in the eyes), albeit subtly.
