Away from it All, loosely inspired by "Far from the Madding Crowd", is the story of a creative, driven young woman who decides to buy a pub in rural Devon instead of going to university. The audience will follow her journey online through a series of vlogs, mobile phone videos and social media platforms as she struggles with the locals, gets crossed in love and tragedy, learns the value of herself and finds friendship.
We need a cast for a variety of interesting roles, both male and female, lead and supporting. Most of these are for actors between the ages of 17 and 30, but there's one minor female role for a woman in her 40s. Please email for character descriptions and more information.
