Looking for experienced actors for the leading roles in a darkly comic drama.

Logline: 'Aaron, 23, returns to his hometown to find his old best friend's life in a mess. But he won't accept Aaron's help other than to find the Volvo driver who killed his dog.'

This is a low budget feature revolving primarily around the relationship between these two characters. The roles are both emotionally and physically demanding and at points involve implied nudity.

Aaron has it all: a well-paid office job, a nice London apartment and a smart and beautiful girlfriend. He's confident, intelligent and happy. But with this comes a sense of superiority and control over his environment that is put to the test when he tries to help his old best friend get his life together.

JOHN (23)
John's a mess. A king in secondary school, he left with high hopes for the adult world, yet couldn't live up to them. Now, five years on, he's living at home with his dad, doesn't have a job or girlfriend and spends all day in his room "working on a guitar album". He's frustrated with the world and is in no mood to accept help or pity. When Aaron arrives, he'll only let him help find the driver of the car that killed his dog.
