A man in his 40s-50s, slick, suave but insecure and new to his role as Minister for Health in 2025. His goal is to sell his brand new facility, ‘Britcare’, to the media in a positive way but stumbles his way through a haunted house of budget cuts to the tune of his younger boss’s schemes.
