We are looking for a new kind of hotel employee, who will become the guest facing, brand ambassador for major hotel group. We call these employees hosts. We need people with confidence, personality and great communication skills to engage with our guests as if you were hosting them at home.

We're changing the way we recruit at Thistle Hotels. We will be holding 'The Voice' (you do not have to sing) style auditions, to find the future of hotel employees. Gone are the days of stuffy interviews, we want to see the real you and so will be giving you the opportunity to show us what you're made of and the chance to join us for a two week work placement.


Auditions will be held on 31st March 2014 at Thistle Holborn
