Vacancy: Grotto Manager

We currently require motivated Managers for our Christmas Grotto, to manage the team and the grotto throughout the busy Christmas period in a fast paced retail environment.

Primary requirements of the Grotto Manager include the management of staff, stock, customer service levels and all administration.

Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure and remain well-organised.

You will be responsible for communicating daily with our dedicated Head Office team who will support you throughout the busy season.

Previous management experience is preferred but not necessary.
A full DBS check will be performed. Full training is provided.
