We looking for a motivated Manager for our exciting new Christmas Grotto Event at intu Trafford this year.

Primary requirements of the Grotto Manager include, the management of a large team of staff, staff punctuality, visit lengths and customer experience.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate event experience, excellent customer service standards and the ability to work under pressure at times whilst remaining well-organised.

You will be responsible for communicating daily with our dedicated Head Office team who will support you throughout.

Previous management experience is necessary; however experience in staff administration, cashing up and banking is helpful.
