SYNOPSIS

“A depressed office worker is stagnant in her life because of her bullying colleague. However, her colleague will have a more profound effect on her life than she thinks.”

We meet Andie on her way to work, and she is dreading the thought of the anxious hours ahead. Andie is a hopeless office worker who leads a miserable existence. She just wants to be able to get through each day, so that she can earn enough money to escape.
However, Alison, a fiery red-head who also works with her mocks and taunts her every time Andie is struggling. The reason she is doing this, is because she has a much more significant role in Andie’s life than she realises. This takes place in the seaside town of Southend in the present day.

4. A chief executive officer (boss, throws a pile of papers on Andie’s desk)
5. Woman 1 (picks up the phone when Andie can not manage, seats in a office working, )
6. Woman 2 (office worker returning from a meeting, she sits on a desk and talks to Alison in later scenes.)
7. Man 1 (returning from the meeting)
8. Woman 3 (applying makeup in the toilet and gossiping)
9. Woman 4 (applying makeup in the toilet and gossiping)

• Androgynous look

ALISON:

• Alison is a metaphor for Andie’s depression. She represents a narcissistic and paranoid side, who appears whenever Andie is struggling.
• Red hair
• Mischievous but innocent looking
• Preferably freckled
