We are looking for a family to star in a short public information series that will appear across all social media formats. In short, we are ideally looking for a diverse family of 4 (parents aged 40+; children aged roughly 10 – 13 years) with big personalities and a great family dynamic to chat about Type 2 Diabetes. Think Gogglebox meets Car Share!

This will be a two day shoot with a rehearsal day prior to shoot dates. Experience of living with diabetes or from having witnessed someone close that suffers with the disease is beneficial but not essential. However at least one of the parents (ideally both) MUST have a full clean driver’s license as most of the filming will take place in a car.

We’d like all applicants to answer the following questions via self-tape:

As a family, what are your views on living a healthy lifestyle?

Has your family been affected by Type 2 Diabetes?

What does your family argue about?

Talk us through a typical day in your household.

Family will be paid £2500 for both shoot dates and rehearsal but there is also scope for the family to become ambassadors for the campaign for which they will also be compensated.
