We are looking for 6 dynamic individuals who are eager to act in a teaser trailer for our upcoming exciting feature horror film, ‘Welcome to Welloak’. A group of friends find themselves in the mysterious village of Welloak and meet nervous, eerie locals focussed on defeating a werewolf creature that roams the village. The friends’ adventurous streaks take over their consciences, and without listening to the locals, they will not leave Welloak the same��
We are holding auditions on Saturday 11th April – 10/15 mins per audition.
You will need to be available on the following proposed shoot days: Saturday 2nd, Sunday 3rd, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th May. We will confirm the details with successful applicants after the auditions. Due to time constraints and weather conditions the schedule may change so a degree of flexibility is required.
The characters that we are holding auditions for are listed below:
4 CHARACTERS IN THE FRIENDSHIP GROUP BETWEEN 20-30 YEARS OLD:
• Elli – a flirty confident girl. Her boyfriend is Mike
• Jess – another girl in the group who is knowledgeable and practical
• Mike – Elli’s boyfriend; he is sporty, outgoing and a real ‘alpha male’ character
• Simon – intelligent, quiet and friendly.
2 OTHER CHARACTERS:
• The Hunted Woman – A wolf baby is developing inside her and will be ripped out of her chest by the hunters. She is terrified and has no idea what is going on or why she is being hunted.
• The Lead Male Hunter – an impressive, cult character that acts aggressive but is focussed on his leadership hunter role
