Qualifications
• Acting, facilitating or training degree or equivalent
• Qualifications in NLP or psychology preferred but not essential
• Fluency in more than one language preferred but not essential

Experience
• Professional acting experience
• Working with large audiences
• Working as part of a small team
• Office experience preferred but not essential
• Business experience preferred but not essential

Skills
• Strong performer on stage and with groups
• Ability to learn and adopt a wide range of content and to deliver this in a unique but consistent manner
• Understanding of business and organisational structures preferred but not essential
• Proven track record of handling highly confidential and sensitive information
