If you are successful on application, you will be invited to an audition workshop. Following this we will hold a training day, which will be tailored to your skill set. You will then be given the opportunity to shadow at one of our parties, before flying solo.
This is a self-employed position, so you will need to make sure that you are registered before commencing work. At the bottom of this document is a list of kit that you will need to get started. Some of the costume bits we can help you with, but you will mostly need to provide for yourself. We will always try to give you plenty of time to prepare for a party, so you don’t have to buy it all at once. We will pay you a higher rate for your first few gigs to cover the cost of your gear. Most things you only have to buy once, so it won’t take long to build up your kit.
