Chocolate Films are producing a series of 11 simulation videos for a corporate client, demonstrating a variety of challenging management situations that prospective managers might face. The video will be used for internal development purposes.

The videos have already been filmed in English. We are now planning to shoot French and German language versions of the films. There are 11 different films to be produced, each of which will be shot twice, once in French and once in German.

We are looking for native French speakers and native German speakers. Please note that applicants are not required to be fluent in both languages, as different actors will be cast for the two versions.

The German language shoot will take place on the 23rd April.
The French language shoot will take place on the 24th April.

All shooting will take place at in Battersea, London. Actors will need to be available all day.

Narrator:
Male, early 30s. Caucasian, light brown hair
Role: A professional/executive manager.
The actor must be confident as it is a direct piece to camera.
Attributes are confident and charming, with an easy smile.

Andrea:
Female, mid 40’s. Black, slender build, brown hair
The actor must be confident as it is a direct piece to camera.
Andrea is a Chief Operating Officer.
She is smart, efficient and motivated. Her passion for the company, have helped her rise quickly to her senior role.
She expects a lot from her employees, but is quick to praise and reward those who work hard.

Josh:
Male, mid 20’s - late 30’s. Caucasian, slender build, brown hair
The actor must be confident as it is a direct piece to camera.
Josh is a rising star in the business world. He has recently been promoted due to his innovative style and blue-sky thinking.
However, he is sometimes overwhelmed by his workload, which can lead to mistakes being made. Some question whether he has taken on too much, too quickly.

Jennifer:
Female, late 20’s - 30’s. Petite, brown hair, East Asian origin
Jennifer is focused, precise and highly intelligent, and this shows in her seamless execution of numerous high-profile projects. However, she is somewhat risk averse, and can be hesitant to put forward bold new ideas.

Dave:
Male, early 50-60’s. Caucasian, bigger build
Dave is a company veteran, with many years of experience under his belt.
This has made him a trusted figure in the company, but he can also be complacent at times, preferring to enforce the status quo rather than exploring new ideas.
