Auditions for a short film by the master students of Filmmaking at University of Sussex

We are looking for 3 male actors and 1 female actress for our exciting production of the short film \'Backwards\'.
We have a great story to tell and we are looking for you!
Here is your chance to have an amazing experience playing characters in an enticing story.

Story: What if you wake up one day and start talking backwards? Adam wakes up one day and starts talking backwards and it\'s up to him and his best friend Oli to discover the truth behind it, while their friend shoots a mocumentary about it.

The auditions are going to be on the 7th and 8th of March between 10 am and 6 pm.
They are going to be at the University of Sussex in Brighton at the Silverstone Building, Video and TV Studio.

The characters in our story are:

Adam (lead): 25-26 years old, Caucasian, Male.
Adam is a party guy, heavy drinker and a carefree man. He works as a temp, has no prospects and shares a flat with his best friend Oli. One morning after a crazy party, he wakes up in a bathtub with a massive hangover and finds himself talking backwards. On top of that his friend Sally thinks it is a great opportunity for her as a director and starts shooting a mocumentary about it. Soon he understands that the only way to undo the reverse speaking is to find the reason why and fix it. The actor has to speak backwards.

Oli (lead): 25 - 26 years old , Caucasian, Male.
Oli is the best friend and house mate of Adam, who is compared to Adam a more responsible guy. However, he also parties, gets drunk and is ok with that. When Adam starts talking backwards it is up to him to be the narrator of Adam’s life and help him discover the reason behind this situation.

Tom (supporting): 25- 26 years old, Caucasian, Male.
Tom is the chill dude, who throws the crazy party which Adam finds himself talking backwards in the morning after.

Natalie (supporting) : 25 years old , Caucasian, Female.
Natalie is the ex girlfriend of Adam, who is a mean, stuck up girl .

Note: The actors’ age can vary slightly as long as they look around 25.
