Short description
In this short comedy, Betty and Sally are two neighbours who have competing lemonade stands. Betty and Sally are two neighbours in their thirties who dress as children. One afternoon, their lazy suburban street is transformed into a battlefield for their competing lemonade stands. In this 16 mm short comedy, only after a juvenile standoff can the two neighbours realise that the solution to their troubles lies in mature reconciliation.

For a filmmaking certificate course at the LFA, we are looking for two actresses (20-35 years) for a short film titled “The Lemonade Stand”, shot on 16mm film. Betty is a raggedy ann doll look alike. A motivated and competitive personality who is determined to be first and best in all things she does.

Sally is a girl next door archetype. The barbie playing cheerleader personality who is always happy.
