Oliver!

Oliver! offers an excellent opportunity for children and adults to come together to capture an audience’s imagination and transport them to Dickensian London. If you love musical theatre and are looking for a new challenge, this is the show for you.

For younger cast members, the lead roles of Oliver and Dodger are a great chance for strong performers to really leave their mark. For those still young at heart but with a big more experience, the adult principal roles offer a wide range of characters, each with their own moment.

But the show is also full of ensemble numbers for everyone to get involved with. This will be a production that will not only be the musical everyone loves and can clap along to, but that emphasises the dirt and grime that Victorian London was known for.

Auditions for all roles will be help on 22nd February 2015. We are looking to hear from anyone interested in joining this engaging and immediate production. This is an amateur production with professional standards, and the cast will have an opportunity to be involved with a musical theatre production that is sure to be a sell out at the beautiful Barn Theatre in Southwick,

Eclipse was launched in 1999, and since then the company has built a strong reputation for its high standards, and ‘award-winning’ productions. We expect ‘Oliver!’ will be no different.

We’re an experienced team who provide a safe and supportive environment for all performers to thrive. Whether this is your first show or your 10th, our aim is to let you achieve your very best but above all to have fun!

Rehearsals will be held in central Brighton with the show being performed at the Barn, Southwick from Wednesday 3rd - Saturday 13th June, with performances at 7:30pm each night and Saturday (and a Sunday) matinees at 2:30pm.
