This is for an exciting exercise & fitness website!
Fitness levels: Must be comfortable performing multiple exercises. A knowledge of some exercise moves would preferable
We are looking for one female to act out each exercise in our exercise video. The shoot should last approximately 2 days and there will be a personal trainer overseeing each exercise to ensure it\'s being performed correctly. Must not have any injuries that could be damaged further through exercising.
All exercises are resistance based with little to no weights used.
Shoot will either take place sometime between January 11th & January 29th. Confirmed date will be announced shortly.
