This is a short student film with a crew of ten, shooting over two days in London. (25th and 26th April this year)

The film is a short light comedy which follows Daniel Knight, an 18 year old eccentric half way through his gap year trying to be a writer. He romanticises about a Hemingway lifestyle, drinking whiskey with his cheerios and reading fine literature, but really is stuck in a rut, always cast under his elder brothers shadow, John. One day Johns secret girlfriend, the beautiful Bella, who is more than ten years older than Daniel, shows up looking for John. Daniel knows he must cover his brothers back as always, so he hides any evidence of Johns other girlfriend, Vanessa. However, as the day goes on he finds himself wanting to tell Bella the truth as he becomes more and more infatuated with her beauty and compelling spirit.
