POWERFUL is a feature length film about Audrey, a young woman who feels she has what she needs through popularity and style but discovers another much more powerful side within her. And it’s dying to get out!

Audrey is the central character of the story. On the initial face of it, she is quite a shallow and materialistic person, but there is so much more to her - more than even she realises! Audrey has an 'inner self' that seems to be controlling and aggressive, taking over her body and mind. Should she be scared, excited, worried? In time, however, Audrey comes to realise this 'other self' has an amazing strength that could be very powerful - powerful for Audrey and for others. It's time to learn how to embrace and nurture this fierce and formidable side of herself. Power is within you.

POWERFUL is a female-led team, with a female writer, director and producer, with has a strong, positive message to women, one of positivity, working together and belief. We are looking to cast the part of Audrey and would like to hear from actors with a great energy and passion for the role and film.

Fees: £150/day + expenses (travel and, where necessary, accommodation) Rehearsals: 3-4 days prior to shoot @ £100/day + expenses Shoot: May - June for total of (TBC) 17 non-consecutive days filming at various locations and 1 day of ADR (at same rate as above) at a studio in London.

We will initially ask for self tapes from those we would like to consider and then do recall auditions with a select few. Recall auditions paid at £50 flat rate. Self tape script will be supplied to those requested to do them.
