Masters’ students from Salford University are filming a drama short-film.
The aim is to show the struggle of a painter, who suffers from multiple sclerosis (MS).
We will follow the development of the MS symptoms on our main character, and how they’ll affect her passion - painting.
Filming will be at the end of June and beginning of July in the Manchester area.
Also, we are aiming to rehearse and perfect some scenes off location.
As this is a student project we are unable to cover any expenses but we can provide full HD stills for your portfolio. Costumes will be provided/discussed on an individual basis with successful applicants.
The auditions will be taking place at the University of Salford, in Media City, next monday 16th of June.

Characters:
• Eleonora
Min age – 24
Max age – 35
Eleonora is our main character – the painter. Even thought she’s a talented artist, she never had enough confidence to show her work to anyone else apart form her husband.
• Benjamin
Min age – 24
Max age – 35
Benjamin is Eleonora’s husband. He’s a caring man, and has been her support during her difficult journey with MS.
• Doctor Harris
Min age – 35
Max age 50
He’s Eleonora’s doctor, and he has been following her throughout her disease.
