The video we have created centres around how “Baltzersens” came to be, shown through the eyes of its creator, Paul, when he is a young boy all the way through to when he is an adult and has opened the Scandinavian inspired Café. It can be broken up into 2 parts, pre-“Baltzersens”, where we focus on Pauls Grandmother baking Cinnamon Rolls for him, the first inspiration for the Café, and the second part which is set present day.
