MUST BE AVAILABLE 4TH APRIL AND 9TH MAY.

Theatre Company are looking for a female actor and three male actors to play interesting and challenging roles in an original piece of theatre, an interactive murder mystery called Nightmares in Midsummer.

Former experience is not required, though applicants should ideally have some previous experience of performance.

A brief outline of the roles follows.

Hazel
Female 25+
The soft spoken, rational voiced matriarchal figure and a little older than the rest of the group. She dislikes the lead and is always telling to director to ‘grow some balls’.

Theo
Male 18+
The lead roles aren’t enough for this egotistical actor. If he had his way, he’d be directing the show too. His constant temper tantrums during rehearsals have resulted in some fearing him and in turn putting an extra strain on the group.

Paul
Male 18+
A mischievous guy who enjoys spreading lies, playing people off against each other and then watching the fall out. Is he behind most of the arguments in the group?

Martin
Male 25+
He plays two small parts and also directs the adaptation. He suffered an accident a few weeks ago and so uses crutches. He is quiet and nervous around the group. Also around the same age as the matriarch.
