When her son left home and fled to Antarctica after Romy and Arlo\\\'s overtly loving personas suffocated him, she began to find ways to deal with her issues. After discovering an Erizon Amera (a smart-home system designed by tech-giant Erizon), her life changed. Amera became Romy and Arlo\\\'s new daughter and began purchasing products for the pair, to fill their days with distractions.
