Details:
After the unfortunate accident, Douglas has to keep the family together, trying to support everyone. But the tensions between Louise and Kat grew as Louise started down some dark path, mostly alcohol. This put a tremendous strain on their marriage.
Douglas is a writer. His biggest love is Kat and his biggest fear is losing everything, being penniless and having nothing to show for his life.
