Casting the lead roles in Akata Makata, a scripted live-action kids’ show that will stream online and on select digital platforms.

A funny, street-smart slacker with a heart of gold. The squatter of a mysterious abandoned duplex which he (somewhat) fixed up, he agrees to rent out the next-door apartment to Akadoo. A fan of shortcuts and the easy way out, Leo will be impressed by Akadoo's magic skills, until he discovers that every magic trick costs her another week on Earth. Eager to have her end her lease because of their cultural differences, he will try to show her how to get things done without magic. This process will have him discover the satisfaction of not cutting corners and doing things the proper way, while he and Akadoo will bond over challenges and end up performing magic tricks so that Akadoo can remain on Earth.
