This is a risk sequence where all the bad things that could happen to you in a day do happen. I.e. fall out of bed, slip in shower, pinch finger on toilet seat, zip up penis in zipper of pants, fall down the stairs etc.
Actor should be comfortable with physical movements and pretend falling.
