Theatre company is thrilled to announce it’s very very special performances of Brassed Off.

Brassed Off will be performed at The Carriageworks, Leeds from 1st to the 3rd September 2016. Very soon after this there will be two nights at a theatre venue near Halifax (dates TBC) and two very very special performances at The National Coal Mining Museum (26th & 27th August).
Not only is this a challenging and prestigious play for any actors CV but to be part of the only ever production of Brassed Off at the National Coal Mining Museum is very exciting indeed.

Parts to cast are 5 males and 4 females, as well as 1 male child role (please remember that all suggested ages are playing ages):

Danny: Male, 50+
Andy: Male, 18 - 35
Phil: Male, 25 – late 40’s
Jim: Male, late 30 – late 50’s
Harry: Male, late 30 – late 50’s
Gloria: Female, 18 - 35
Sandra: Female, 25 – late 40’s
Vera: Female, late 30 – late 50’s
Rita: Female, late 30 – late 50’s
Shane: Male juvenile, 10 – 15

The ability to play an instrument is NOT required.

Auditions will start at 10am Saturday 16th January 2016 in Wakefield.

Rehearsals will begin mid May.
