My involvement in sport karate has provided me with many experiences and skills. I have travelled (representing my country) nationally and internationally to places such as Mexico, Italy, Isle of man, Newcastle, Manchester, Leicester, to name a few. I have won the WTKA World Championships twice.
I am also 18 times British champion. I am recognised as one of the leading competitors in the UK and as a result I have been voted the MAI rising star champion of 2009. I have been featured and reviewed in magazines, newspapers, TV news and Britain's Got Talent. I am a member of Team Fusion UK which is a national martial arts demonstration team. We have featured in Colas Awards, Britain's Got Talent and Sheffield’s Got Talent. I have learnt skills such as team work, self discipline, self confidence, independence and respect towards others.
I have completed first aid courses, fitness tests and been involved with coaching, choreography and filming promotional DVDs.

I have many interests which include martial arts, most sports, art and design/graphics, music, fashion, creating video samplers/promos and socialising with friends. I have received many awards for academic achievements, athletics, swimming, school attendance, and martial arts (sport karate). I am a black belt, 1st Dan.
