I ran a charity (Women's Music and Performance Workshops 1994 -2004) where we recieved lottery funding to put on shows and musicals. Prior to this I was involved in Theartre in Education projects, doing panto in schools.

I have been a performing musician (singer/songwriter, guitar player) for 40 years. I have played in folk, country, pop and Eastern European bands. I currently perform around London with The Magic City Trio. In my 20s I travelled the world as a busker, occasionally taking residencies.

General Experience

I have had a varied employment history, ranging from office and bar work to teaching in an adult ed college. I am currently semi-retired at Adult Learning Lewisham. I have worked there for 20 years teaching singing and English.

Qualifications & Training

I hold a degree in History, and various post-grad quals in teaching.
