“Acting is the most personal of our crafts.” - The first words gifted to me by my mentor upon beginning my acting studies.

The sentence that followed was, “Acting with logic is a waste of time. If you’re going to start with logic you might as well give up.”

It was only once I experienced the power of the Method first hand that I gained a deep emotional and psychological understanding of these statements and the significance they hold.

They have since become the most valuable and insightful messages to me as a devoted actress.
