I am an enthusiastic and bright individual. I approach any project I undertake with determination and positivity. I am well organized and punctual. I am very passionate about music and performing and would like to make it my full time profession.

I am also very passionate about travelling and am in the process of learning Spanish. My goal would be to work overseas as a performer/animator.

General Experience

I studied a BA Music Performance from 2006 to 2010. Specializing in vocals, I performed many styles such as jazz, blues, rock, soul and funk. I am currently a solo singer/songwriter performing mostly jazz and blues using either acoustic or electric jazz guitars. I am also part of a funk/disco/rock band that play a mixture of covers and originals.

I also work as a freelance vocal tutor, teaching all styles. I also work as part of a community project and deliver singing and samba drumming workshops to primary school children.

For the past six years, I have played percussion and danced in Brazilian samba band, Rhythm Wave. I have performed at Glastonbury for four years as part of two seperate samba stage shows. I have also collaborated with famous Spanish/Scottish crossover musician, Carlos Nunez as part of Celtic Connections.

I am a BA Music Performance graduate.
