About Me

Ali Delgado is a vocal entertainer working within South Wales clubland. Her musical journey began with an appearance at the 'The Welsh Factor' at Merthyr Tydfil in 2009. Ali currently sits on the judging panel which provides her with tremendous experience and an opportunity to pass on her valuable knowledge to other budding starlets. Recently Ali has won two awards for 'Best Female Newcomer of the Year' in her first year on the circuit.
Originally from Northen Spain ('The Basque Country') Ali, decided to name her first album 'Espiritu Perdido meaning ‘Lost Spirit' in dedication to her Spanish grandfather. The song 'Autumn' is dedicated in loving memory of him. The opportunity to record this album excited Ali, who took the whole process of studio recording, interviews and photo shoots all in her stride.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my mum, Jo-Anne Evans, my dad, Raul Delgado and my sister, Laura. I don't know where I'd be without their support, and I couldn't ask for a better sister or parents. I currently work as a female vocal entertainer, and am known as 'the little girl with the big voice'. I have been doing this for two years, sicne the age of sixteen, and love every single moment of it. I work for an agency based in South Wales. I have just finished recording an album and will be releasing it shortly.

Being a female vocal entertainer, i have learnt how to entertain a crowd in various different ways. When i was younger i trained in ballet, tap and gymnastic. When i started gigging i knew that the audience would like dancing, but then i decided that i wanted my giggs to be unique and i wanted to be remembered by my audience. So now i'm planning a whole new first half for my giggs and taking Burlesque lessons, so that the first 45 minutes can contain Burlesque dancing as well as vocal entertainment.
