About Me

I am an outgoing, energetic and sporty individual. I am a part time self employed personal trainer and sports massage therapist. I thoroughly enjoy meeting, getting to know and helping new people.

I am also a competitive CrossFit athlete, and train 6 times a week working towards national competitions. Through this I have had the opportunity to model for some sportswear brands which I really enjoyed.

In my spare time, I like to try as many new things as possible and I'm constantly looking a new places to visit.

I also have a big background in gymnastics and working with children.

In university I studied Media Production, where I learnt to produce video's, photos and even the radio!
