About Me

I am a 28 year old mother of one with a passion for acting. Having been encouraged to move this to the back burner in favour of a more ‘practical’ career many years, I have now reached a point where I realise that life is too short not to do things you love. I have no real experience, nor expectation, just passion and - I hope - some raw talent.

General Experience

I completed GCSEs and A levels in Drama and theatre studies and participated in lead roles in productions relevant to these studies: The Birthday Party, Blood Brothers, Equus, Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet. I have also played lead roles in amateur productions of Chicago, Grease and The Boyfriend.
I also completed an acting course in association with Lamda.

I am a confident public speaker and performer with good voice projection and an excellent memory.

Interests & Hobbies

Cooking and baking, reading, amateur dramatics.

Miscellaneous Information

I am a trainee mental health nurse with a year of training left to complete. I would like to undertake some voluntary or paid work whilst I study to feed a passion I sadly abandoned after school age.
