About Me

I am a 29 year old female and I am a full time wheelchair user- an active, self propelling wheelchair. I have appeared as an extra many years ago when I was at university but have spent the last 10 years working as a teacher. I’m looking to return to working as an extra because I want to give producers the opportunity to have the option of using someone in a wheelchair, to help promote and allow the demographic of wheelchair users in the general public across to their show.

Relevant Skills

As a teacher I am used to working in front of class of 30 children, holding assemblies for hundreds of students and working to tight deadlines as well as retaining vast amounts of information to teach lessons- akin to retaining lines to then later present/ preform

Interests & Hobbies

I love to travel and go abroad at least twice a year. I like to bake, I’m a vegan and love animals- I have 5 cats. Working as a teacher for 10 years I love working with children and obviously have experience in doing so which would transfer to working well with them in this line of work too.

Miscellaneous Information

Being disabled and a full time wheelchair user, I am keen to spread awareness of disability rights. I want to break down disability stereotypes, show the world that disabled people are just the same as able bodied people and have the disabled demographic proportionally represented in the media.
