In this job i was tasked with phoning new customers up projecting a professional company through phone interaction. The main duties included providing new clients with the correct information, good keyboard skills, making sure the telephone manner was always professional, dealing with customers queries or complaints. I was able to handle complex calls and situations and deal with some abusive and irate callers.
